From the very beginning, our relationship was celebrated through food. Cooking was a way to show love and care, to share our experience and cultures. It was always at the center of celebration. Through food, we have nurtured not just our own relationship, but our community as well. We hosted family dinners, and our food became the cornerstone of drawing people together and creating a space full of love, laughter, and plenty of spirited debates. Few things are more pleasurable to us than watching someone enjoy the fruits of our labor in the kitchen. And nothing brings us more joy than to celebrate our love with those we love the most, over good food. 

In that spirit, we’ve collected the recipes closest to our heart(h)s, and pass them on to your kitchens with love. These are dishes from our childhoods, in Venezuela and Switzerland, from our travels through Spain and Italy, and our time together in New Orleans. We hope they bring you joy.
