Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 2 packets ladyfingers
  • ~100 g sugar
  • cocoa powder
  • 275 ml coffee
  • marsala

Recipe

  • Make coffee and let cool. Add marsala to taste
  • Beat yolks with sugar for ~5 mins
  • Slowly add mascarpone and continue beating
  • Beat whites until firm
  • Fold whites into mixture slowly to keep stiffness
  • Dip biscuits into coffee mixture
  • Alternate layers of biscuits and cream in a deep dish, ending with cream
  • Sift cocoa powder to cover, and refrigerate at least 5 hours
