Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 400 g mascarpone
- 2 packets ladyfingers
- ~100 g sugar
- cocoa powder
- 275 ml coffee
- marsala
Recipe
- Make coffee and let cool. Add marsala to taste
- Beat yolks with sugar for ~5 mins
- Slowly add mascarpone and continue beating
- Beat whites until firm
- Fold whites into mixture slowly to keep stiffness
- Dip biscuits into coffee mixture
- Alternate layers of biscuits and cream in a deep dish, ending with cream
- Sift cocoa powder to cover, and refrigerate at least 5 hours
